Body Basics Sports & Medical Massage was founded and opened its Cary, N.C. facility in November of 2002. Since that time we have joined efforts with several local physicians, chiropractors, and physical therapists to promote healing and wellness.

Nathaniel Rogers, LMBT #3861

Nathaniel is certified in medical massage techniques and has been a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist in the state of North Carolina since May of 2003. Nathaniel's focus is on therapeutic applications of massage techniques. This includes medical massage, deep tissue therapy, and trigger point therapy. Nathaniel is also interested in structural integration techniques that are used to re-educate the body and improve its efficiency of movement.

Heidi Zanan, LMBT #1858

Heidi has been a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist since 2000. She is trained in medical massage, deep tissue work, and relaxation massage. She has worked in different settings along with different health professionals and body workers, all of which has enabled her to develop her technique and skills.
